Personal data processing policy
- General provisions: This personal data processing policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27 July 2006. No. 152-Ф3 “On Personal Data” specifies the procedure for processing personal data and the measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data taken and viewed by LLC “Smart-K” (hereinafter referred to as Operator).
- The Operator sets as the most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities respecting human rights, civil rights and freedoms in processing his personal data, including protection of privacy rights , personal and family secrets.
- The operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the policy) applies to all information that the operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://teizol.ru/.
- Basic concepts used in politics
- Automated personal data processing – processing personal data using computer technology.
- The ban on personal data – the temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except cases where the processing is necessary to clarify the personal data).
- Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the internet at the network address http://teizol.ru/.
- Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases, information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.

- Operator – a government agency, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or with other people who organize and (or) process personal data, in addition to determining the purposes for processing personal data, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the procedures (processes) carried out with personal data.
- Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable user of the website http://teizol.ru/.
- User – any visitor to the site http://teizol.ru/.
- Provision of personal data- actions aimed at revealing the personal data of a particular person or a certain circle of people.
- Publication of personal data – any actions intended to disclose personal data to an unspecified circle of people (transfer of personal data) or to identify the personal data of an unlimited number of people, including disclosure of personal data in the media or publication on information and communication networks or provide access to personal data in any other way.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data-transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity.
- Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data is irreversibly destroyed with the impossibility of further recovering the content of personal data and (or) the material carriers of the personal data are eliminated.

- E-mail address
- Phone number (s)
- The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services (YandexMatrica, Google Analytics, etc.)
- The data mentioned above in the policy text are combined with the general concept of personal data.
- Purposes of processing personal data
- The purpose of processing the user’s personal data is to inform the user by sending e-mail messages, inform the user by a phone call.
- Also, the Operator has the right to send user notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The user can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending a message to the operator at the e-mail address rit@teizol.ru with the note “Denying notifications about new products, services and special offers”.
- Anonymous user data collected using internet statistics services are used to collect information about user’s behavior on the site, and to improve the quality of the site and its content.
- Legal basis for the processing of personal data
- The operator only processes the user’s personal data if its filled out and /or submitted by the user independently through special forms located on the website http://teizol.ru/. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or submitting their personal data to the operator, the user agrees to this policy.
- The Operator processes anonymous data about the user if allowed in the user’s browser settings (storing cookies and using JavaScript technology is enabled).
- The procedure for collecting, storing and transferring personal data and other types of processing personal data. The security of the personal data processed by the operator is ensured by the implementation of the legal, regulatory and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
- The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
- The user’s personal data will not, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
- In case of errors in the personal data, the user can update it independently by sending a notification e-mail to the operator rit@teizol.ru marked “Update personal data”
- The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The user can at any time revoke his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the operator e-mail rit@teizol.ru marked “ Withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data”
- Cross-border transfer of personal data
- Before starting the transfer of personal data across borders, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign country(s) in whose territory its supposed to transfer personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of the persons concerned with the personal data.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign countries that do not fulfill the above-mentioned requirements can only be performed if the subject of personal data agrees in writing to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the implementation of an agreement to which the subject of the personal data is a party.

- The user can receive any clarifications on important issues regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail rit@teizol.ru
- This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy by the operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until it’s replaced with a new version.
